Christal Pearce

Senior Strata Manager

Christal Pearce is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent has been a part of the team at Alliance Strata Group for close to 15 years. Christal has a background in business services and administration and is proficient at affecting outcomes for Owners Corporations. Her role also encompasses additional fiscal duties including the management of investment portfolios for our Strata Plans.

Kaylee Morrison

Strata Manager
Kaylee Morrison is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent, currently managing a large portfolio in the Great Lakes, Manning & Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens regions. Kaylee has been with Alliance Strata Group for 5 years. Until taking on the role of Portfolio Manager, Kaylee was the insurance manager for Alliance Strata Group. Her background in real estate management has provided her with an excellent knowledge of property maintenance and repairs.

Rhiannon Priest

Strata Manager
Rhiannon Priest is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent, currently managing a large portfolio in the Great Lakes & Manning regions. Rhiannon has been with Alliance Strata Group since 2015 with a small stint away for 3 years, returning home to Forster in 2023. We are fortunate to have Rhiannon back with us and her invaluable experience. Rhiannon first started as our Admin/Receptionist before undertaking her studies and progressing through to the role of Strata Manager.

Jodi Lane

Strata Manager
Jodi Lane is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent managing a large portfolio in the Great Lakes, Manning & Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens regions. Jodi started her strata career with Alliance Strata Group 4 years ago, training as an administrative assistant and an assistant agent prior to taking on a portfolio of properties to manage herself.

Kelly Hitchings

Strata Manager
Kelly Hitchings is a new addition to Alliance Strata Group and has completed her Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, awaiting her license to be issued. Kelly has a background in property management and is well versed on maintenance and strata responsibilities. Kelly has excellent attention to detail and is a great addition to our team.

Rebecca Steele

Insurance Officer
Rebecca Steele is the Insurance Officer for Alliance Strata Group, handling all matters of strata insurance including renewals, quotes, claims and queries. Rebecca has had several years experience in the local property industry and has recently completed the necessary studies to become a licensed strata managing agent.

Kris Shanahan

Assistant Strata Agent
Kris Shanahan has recently completed the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management which will allow her to become a strata license holder in the near future. Kris has been with Alliance Strata Group for 4 years and administers all our accounts, levies and arrears. Kris has 20+ years of experience in the property industry – in real estate, conveyancing and finance.

Tony Parsons

Assistant Strata Agent
Tony Parsons joined Alliance early 2023 and is enrolled in Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, which will enable him to become a licensed strata managing agent in the near future. Tony has over 10 years experience in property management as well as bringing IT knowledge from his corporate days in Sydney working in software development.

Alliance Strata Group has an outstanding reputation with local trades persons and we pride ourselves on ensuring the relationship between our staff and contractors is excellent.

We are committed to providing Owners Corporations with prompt, reliable, cost effective services for repairs and maintenance and larger works as required.

All contractors appointed by Alliance Strata Group are insured and appropriately licensed for the work they have been engaged to carry out.

Invoices are paid promptly, usually within a few days of being received.
