Gary Startin

Principal/Licensee/Strata Manager
Gary Startin is a licensed Strata Managing Agent and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Gary has extensive experience in strata management, and is committed to ensuring that  Alliance Strata Group provides excellent management services to all Owners Corporations.



Kirsty Deal

Senior Strata Manager
Kirsty Deal is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent and has had over 20 years experience in the local property industry, starting in Real Estate and now has almost 10 years in Strata Management at Alliance Strata Group. Kirsty has an excellent knowledge of strata matters, and with a strong focus on attention to detail is dedicated to providing prompt and efficient service to all involved parties.



Christal Pearce

Strata Manager/Investment Manager
Christal Pearce, Licensed Strata Managing Agent has been a part of the team at Alliance Strata Group for over 10 years. Christal has a background in business services and administration and is proficient at affecting outcomes for Owners Corporations. Her role also encompasses additional fiscal duties including the management of investment portfolios for our Strata Plans.



Kaylee Morrison

Strata Manager
Kaylee Morrison has been a part of the team at Alliance Strata Group for over 3 years. Until taking on the role of Strata Manager with her own portfolio, Kaylee was the insurance manager for all properties managed by Alliance Strata Group. Kaylee’s background in real estate has provided her with excellent knowledge of property maintenance and repairs.



Rhiannon Priest

Strata Manager
Rhiannon has had 5 years experience in the strata industry at Alliance Strata Group as an assistant strata manager and now manages her own portfolio of properties. Rhiannon is a valuable member of our team with excellent knowledge of owners corporation issues



Rebecca Steele

Insurance Manager/Strata Management Support
Rebecca is a new member to our team and is the current insurance manager for the office, as well as undertaking a supporting role to the Strata Managers in the office. Rebecca has had several years experience in the local property industry and has a great deal of local area knowledge.



Jodi Lane

Administration Assistant/Receptionist
Jodi is a recent addition to Alliance Strata Group and is undertaking an administrative traineeship within our office. Jodi is an essential part of our team and is the first point of contact for those visiting our Forster office. Jodi is a long term local and is enjoying learning the ropes of the strata industry.

Alliance Strata Group has an outstanding reputation with local trades persons and we pride ourselves on ensuring the relationship between our staff and contractors is excellent.

We are committed to providing Owners Corporations with prompt, reliable, cost effective services for repairs and maintenance and larger works as required.

All contractors appointed by Alliance Strata Group are insured and appropriately licensed for the work they have been engaged to carry out.

Invoices are paid promptly, usually within a few days of being received.
