Many after-hours incidents can be attended to the next business day, however some major health and safety or security issues often need to be handled sooner.

After Hours
An after hours emergency answering service is available by phoning 0414 494 907 and leaving a message. This can be used in the event that your emergency cannot be assisted by any of the above contractors.
Police & Insurance
If at any time owners or occupants feel their safety is at risk, the police department should be called. If there is damage caused to common property by an insurable event, please obtain the Police Event Number from the attending officer.
